In the frame of the project “Petition – People’s Voice in the Self-Governance” the representatives of the Institute of Democracy hold a meeting with the representatives of Khulo, Keda and Shuakhevi Municipality Assemblies.
The meetings on the topic of selecting a future profession has been held for the two years. Previous year, 4745 students participated in 215 schools.
If you are a former inmate, inmate’s family member or a probationer and have a business idea, you will are enabled to improve it and launch you business.
Program of Training Course:
• Development of Business Idea, collecting necessary information, market survey;
• Legal basis of running a business;
• Main principles of business management;
• Tools for selling the products (marketing);
• Fund-raising opportunities.
All of the petitions presented by active citizens to the self-governance were satisfied by the Municipality.

Development of a good CV and Cover Letter serves of the most significant factor for the job-seekers. A well-developed Cover Letter may become a pre-condition for starting a job.
Parents think that the babysitter should be caring, kind, calm, attentive, loving, responsible, and energetic, music-lover and creative.
☞ Choose a Future Profession
The Institute of Democracy launches the second cycle of the meeting on correct choosing of the future profession in Public Schools of Ajara. The second cycle considers meetings of the 9th and 12th form leavers with the graduates of the same school, giving practical tips for choosing a future profession.
“Petition – People’s Voice in Self-Governance” has involved 2,848 citizens from Western Georgia during the past year. Active citizens have initiated and presented 90 petitions to the Ajara, Guria and Samegrelo/Upper Svaneti municipal councils.
