We will continue to introduce you the participants of Institute of Democracy’s internship program. Margalita Bolkvadze heard about our program from the Internet and sent us an application.
We contacted her and the result is visible. Together with Zeinab (our training participant), she works as a shellac gel polish specialist at the MG beauty and esthetics center in Batumi town, Ajara, Georgia.
It seems like little time has passed, but the participants of the program already have the opportunity to be proud of their work and have satisfied customers.
Margalita says that she did not expect to take up a new profession so easily. They (interns) were told that dealing with demanding customers would be a bit difficult and might not work.
Today, Margalita tells us: "When I started the internship, for the first time, I was so nervous while working with the instruments, my hands were shaking. However, we were received very warmly here, we did not expect this and we already have our customers" - Margalita Bolkvadze.
The practical experience gave her a new energy and confidence, she is now thinking about the next step, how to use this knowledge and turn a newly acquired profession into a business.
Our team wishes Margalita the best of luck!
