Nino Nakashidze is another successful participant of Institute of Democracy’s internship program.
She got married at the age of 17. Has a big family. Creating special dishes and discovering new flavors in Georgian cuisine is a pleasure for her. Years later, Nino decided to use cooking skills in “a large kitchen” to earn her own income.
Nino is now working as a cook at Batumarani restaurant. Like Margarita, she found information about us on the Internet, wrote us, then sent an application, went through an interview and is already actively involved in the restaurant job.
As Nino says, "time is very important here, everything happens instantly, I thought I was fast until now, but there is a different rhythm here, you shouldn't fall behind".
Institute of Democracy supports Nino's initiative and wishes her a lot of success.
The project "Skills for employment and cooperation - perspectives for the regions of Georgia - SECTORs" is funded by the European Union and is implemented by the Institute of Democracy in partnership with the Institute of Innovation and Change (former Guria Youth Resource Center), the Georgian Farmers' Association and "Atinati".
