Together with growing demand for paper packages, the idea upon founding a Social Enterprise producing biologically degradable and compostable packages through involving the beneficiaries at Guria Youth Center was developed.
Therefore, Social Enterprises will enable former inmates not only to get employed, but only to employ other beneficiaries. Enterprises will be the site open to the persons with previous convictions, enabling them to maximal self-actualization of their abilities.
Former inmates have difficulty with getting employed, as they have to start life from the very scratch. Many former inmates have started animal breeding, some of them have started to grow nuts, or refurbished a workshop, more similar projects should to be functioning” – says a project beneficiary.
