Multiple member of Sordia family are living in hard social conditions. The family state was deteriorated after imprisoning Anatoly with his sons. Maintaining three members in prison became a heavy burden for the family, during which they had to sell all the equipment and facilities of the Iron Enterprise. After being released from custody, the artisans failed to continue work, the family remained without any income source.

Recently, Tbilisi Court of Appeal considered the Dispute between R.A. and LTD “Health”. The latter is a hospital having won in the Tender by the Ministry of Corrections, against which its patient former inmate brought an action into the court for moral damages.
