In 2009, with the financial support of the European Union the Institute of Democracy founded Keda Office. Since its foundation, the office is actively working in the direction of human rights protection and advocacy. In November 2014, with the support of DVV International and the Institute of Democracy, Keda Adults’ Education Center was launched for the first time.
The center supports:
• The persons remaining without formal education to receive a necessary education, being a necessary pre-condition for their further development;
• Enables the adult with basic education to be re-qualified and master a new profession;
• Involving the individuals with formal education in the society with various activities.
