Target Groups:
Ministry of Labour, Healthcare and Social Security of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, medical Institutions functioning in Adjara region, population living in Adjara region.

Principal Aims:
- Monitoring a budget of Ministry of Labour, Healthcare and Social Security of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, as well as elaboration, adoption and implementation of target healthcare programmes.
- Achieving cooperation between local government and non-state sector with the purpose of achieving accomplishment, legalization and transparency of healthcare system.
- Promoting formation of new sustainable mechanisms for informing patients in medical institutions.
- Providing free advocacy service for the citizens about benefits of medical service.
