DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND REHABILITATION SYSTEM OF THE CONVICTED

Target Groups:
- Juveniles detained in Batumi Prison No3, juveniles arrested in Adjara region;
Juveniles released from police departments and prison and registered in Adjara Probation Bureau.
- Investigators, prosecutors, lawyers, Probation Service and Municipality personnel;
- Public school students and difficult juveniles.
Principal Aims:

- Accomplishment and development of Juveniles’ Justice and Rehabilitation System in Adjara region. Activation state structures from this viewpoint and promoting functioning of corresponding state programmes.
- Promoting overall availability of legal service in Adjara region;
- Promoting practical introduction of “Community Service” as a measure of punishment.
