Target Groups:

Juveniles in conflict with law, police departments functioning in Batumi, Prosecutors’ and Court Bodies, Probations Services, Batumi prison No3.

Principal Aims

- Providing lawyers’ service for the juveniles taken to the police department from the moment of arrest. Ensuring attendance of a qualified lawyer, pedagogue and psychologist at the primary questioning.
- Improvement of juveniles living conditions in Batumi Prison No 3, Studying their cases and advocacy.
- Rehabilitation of the juveniles released from custody, their public reintegration and promoting their starting a normal life;
- Monitoring of law-Enforcement Structures.
