Implementation site: Ajara region (Batumi, Kobuleti, Khelvachauri, Keda, Shuakhevi, Khulo).
Duration: 18 months (September 23, 2011 – May 24, 2013).
Project goals:
– Raising legal awareness of marginal groups of society living in high-mountainous municipalities (Keda, Shuakhevi, Khulo) and protecting their rights on civil, administrative and criminal cases;
– Free legal consultation of the population living within construction area of the highway (Choloki-Sarpi) in Kobuleti and Khelvachauri Municipalities and legal advocacy (in administrative bodies and court instances).
