PROJECT: CAMPAIGN FOR PROTECTING CIVIL INTERESTS OF CONSUMER SERVICE USERS

Aim: Improving the legal state of the citizens living in Georgian regions in the process of receiving communal service

Objectives;
1. Diagnosing the activities of communal service provider companies (electricity, water, gas supply) in the frame of protecting consumer rights;
2. Preparing recommendation in view of improving the state of protecting consumer service provider companies (electricity, water, gas supply) in Georgian regions.
3. Lobbying campaign to consider recommendations prepared within project framework.

Project duration: 01/02/2014 – 30/06/2014
