The Institute of Democracy, with the support of USAID is announcing a Call for Proposals within the frame of the project “Petition – People’s Voice in the Self-Governance” for procurement of the service to reconstruct the Institute of Democracy existing web-site.
Tender conditions include:
• Improvement of the web-site design or offering a new creative design, by maintaining the colors, main divisions and sub-divisions;
• Optimization/Improvement of the existing web-site engine of the organization or offering a new optimal engine version;
•Improvement stability of web-site functioning, where showing various browsers, speed for loading te pages, flexible mechanism for managing the text and news, speed for operating the links, flexible and relevant search system, etc. will be considered;
• Improvement of placement of various formal, statistical and animation banners, photo and video materials and visibility system;
• Adapting the web-site for smart-phones and pads.
The web-site should include an interactive map, where the system must be prepared for all 20 municipalities of Ajara, Guria and Samegrelo-Upper Svaneti region, showing the information upon the petitions in various municipalities with three different color sign (at the review stage, positive decision was taken, negative decision as taken), enabling access to petition materials.
Web-site will be bilingual.
The persons willing to participate in the tender should submit the materials by May 5, 2016 18:00 on the following web-site: info@iod.ge.
The application presented to participate in the tender should include the following documents/information:
- Applicant’s updated record from the Entrepreneurs’ register (in case of legal entity);
- Copy of Applicant’s ID (In case the applicant is a physical entity);
- Information upon experience of similar activity (link of at least five web-sitesა);
- Offered price (excluding VAT);
- Offered conditions;
- Term for performing work;
Price of procurement shall not exceed 1200 USD equivalent in Gel (excluding VAT);
